Troubleshooting
Atlas Is Not Responding
Section titled “Atlas Is Not Responding”Try these first:
- restart Atlas
- reopen the current project
- confirm you still have an active AI provider in Settings > AI Provider
Project Resolution Fails
Section titled “Project Resolution Fails”Open the project in Atlas again from the app UI:
- use the first-run project step if you are still onboarding
- use the existing project open/import flow if the project is already on disk or in GitHub
- make sure Atlas is pointed at the codebase you expect before running review or MCP actions
No Active Review Provider
Section titled “No Active Review Provider”Configure an active review-capable provider in Atlas settings before using Atlas Review or the MCP server.
Fastest recovery paths:
- re-scan for installed tools in Settings > AI Provider
- add an API key manually
- set up OpenCode for Gemini, NVIDIA NIM, or Ollama
Agent Config Looks Wrong
Section titled “Agent Config Looks Wrong”- reopen Atlas Settings > MCP
- compare the tools Atlas says are connected against what is actually installed on your machine
- rerun MCP setup from the first-run wizard or Settings
- restart the agent tool after Atlas finishes the setup flow
