MCP Server
Atlas Review can connect supported agent tools through Atlas itself. For most users, MCP setup happens inside the app, not in a terminal.

Cursor remains manual snippet only until its automatic path is fully verified in the app.
What Users Can Do After Connecting
Section titled “What Users Can Do After Connecting”- let an agent inspect the current review state
- run Atlas Review from supported tools
- read findings and outcomes through the connected tool
- keep the app and the agent tool pointed at the same project and review context
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- project imported in Atlas
- at least one active review-capable provider configured in Atlas
- the agent tool installed locally if Atlas is expected to connect it automatically
Review Behavior
Section titled “Review Behavior”- default behavior prefers branch review
- PR review can be targeted explicitly
- ambiguous PR fallback should fail closed instead of guessing
Typical User Flow
Section titled “Typical User Flow”- Open Settings > MCP in Atlas.
- Enable the tools Atlas detects and can connect now.
- Restart the selected agent tool if Atlas asks for it.
- Open the same project in Atlas and in the connected agent flow.
- Use Atlas Review from the tool with the current branch or PR context.
